Rental Application Process & Forms

Complete a rental application & return via email to stacey@centenniallandcompany.com
Application processing fee - $175 per person (non refundable) Centennial Court property "special" $125 per person
Student applications - please use if using a guarantor
Rental Application - please use if applying individually without guarantor.
Once the application has been approved, a lease will be sent electronically.
Security deposit due within 7 days of signing the lease (one month's rent)
First month's rent due on or before the start of the lease.
Guarantor Letter - due upon signing of the lease.
