Move In Information

Please contact us 2-3 weeks prior to your move-in date to schedule a time to meet to receive keys.
All residents do not need to be present to pick up the keys
Leases start at 4pm on the first day of your lease. (unless stated otherwise in your lease)
Rent is due on the first day of your lease.
Utility Information:

Duke Energy- https://www.duke-energy.com/home - use this site to start (or transfer) your electric service
City of Raleigh - https://raleighnc.gov/doing-business/start-or-stop-utility-services - Use this link to start (or transfer) your water/sewer/garbage service
Internet Service - For Centennial Bend, Centennial Park, and Centennial Edge, your internet service (wifi) and basic select Spectrum TV are already installed and ready for your move-in day. For other properties, please select the provider of your choice.

All utilities must be turned on the first day of your lease and remain on for the duration of your lease. Please contact us for questions regarding utility services.

Move out Information

Please contact us 2-3 weeks prior to your move-out date to schedule a time to do a final walkthrough of your unit.
In order to complete the final walk-through, all personal items must be removed from the unit & the unit returned in a cleaned and undamaged condition.
The unit should be move-in ready for the next resident upon move-out.
Please refer to the move-out checklist to clean your unit.
Move-out time is 9am on the last day of your lease. (for example, July 31 at 9am)
We highly recommend you start on the move-out process early in regards to throwing away broken or unwanted items, emptying the refrigerator of expired items and clearing the pantry. City of Raleigh will not pick up garbage cans that are overflowing so you cannot over-fill the garbage can upon move-out.
We can only complete a move-out walk through when all roommates have removed personal items and the unit is empty.

Please leave a self-addressed stamped envelope with your new address for the return of your security deposit.
