rental application (for use with a guarantor)

  • Each prospective resident completes and submits a rental application. If using a guarantor, use the rental application below. $125 fee due upon submitting of the rental application (can be paid via zelle or venmo).
  • Once the rental applications have been completed & turned in, they will be reviewed & leases will be written up. All residents must complete a rental application and pay the application fee in order for the unit to be held.
  • The DocuSign lease expires in 7 days so time is of the essence. 
  • Once the lease is signed, please email the guarantor form to stacey@centenniallandcompany.com. 
  • When all parties have signed the leases, the security deposit (one month’s rent) is due in 7 days. 
  • The security deposit can be paid via Rent Redi. We will send you a link to the portal attached to your address with login instructions.
